Connecting Up Australia
DonorTec is operated by Connecting Up Australia and was launched in partnership with TechSoup in 2007. Connecting Up Australia has been operating as an NGO in Adelaide, South Australia, since 1981, providing community service and events information to NGOs on a local level, as well as technology information services to NGOs nationally. The TechSoup program was launched in January 2007 and was the pilot country in the region.
SOCIALware asbl
SOCIALware, the IT donation programme of SOCIALware asbl, operates and distributes appropriate technology to non profits in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, providing advice, management and solutions at “social” prices. The Belgium donation program was one of the original pilot countries and was launched in July 2006.
SANGONeT
The SANGOTeCH programme in Botswana, administered by SANGONeT/NGO Pulse and with the endorsement of BOCONGO, aims to assist NGOs in Botswana by providing software for very low fees in conjunction with ICT donor partners, as well as by supporting NGOs to make the most of their ICT purchases and infrastructure.
Associação Telecentro de Informação e Negócios
TechSoup Brazil, a collaborative effort of Associação Telecentro de Informação e Negócios (ATN) and TechSoup Global, was launched with TechSoup Global in 2009. Many nonprofit organizations serve the needs of low income, underserved populations and create a positive social change. ATN believes that these organizations can have even greater impact through the appropriate use of technology. ATN provides these organisations with assistance in identifying and acquring their techonology needs.
Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation
TechSoup Bulgaria is operated in partnership with Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation and was launched with TechSoup Global in 2009. WCIF is a leading Bulgarian Community Foundation that will be the first affiliate founding the TechSoup Bulgaria Programme.WCIF encourages different communities to take ownership of their social development using available local resources.
Centre for Social Innovation
TechSoup Canada is a collaborative effort by the Centre for Social Innovation, TechSoup Global, and the Information Technology Association of Canada. This initiative was made possible by a grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation. As the local partner of TechSoup Global, TechSoup Canada provides Canadian charities, nonprofits and libraries--with a unique mix of technology resources, learning content, and community support--through relationships with 25 leading technology donor partners.
Committee for the Democratization of Information Technology
DonaTec is the donation programme operated by CDI Chile. The Committee for the Democratization of Information
Technology (CDI) was founded in Brazil in 1995
by Rodrigo Baggio. It is now present in 8 South American countries, with the
mission to promote the social inclusion
of low-income communities by using Information and Communication Technologies
as tools for building and exercising Citizen’s Rights. CDI launched the TechSoup program in November 2007.
The Association for an Independent Media Culture and Partners for Good Foundation
Launched in 2009, TechSoup Croatia is operated in partnership with The Association for an Independent Media Culture (H-Alter) and the Partners for Good Foundation.
H-Alter ensures the public right to information and education in the fields of civil society, culture, social sciences and politics with the goal of an informed and educated public, development of democracy, and promotion of journalism trough an Internet portal. The H-alter Project provides electronic newspaper articles and other forms of media, and undertakes educational activities.
Partners for Good Foundation is devoted to create society in which all children have equal opportunities for growth andevelopment. They aim to encourage change through active participation in educated society and lifelong learning and development.
Via Foundation and Charta 77
TechSoup Česká Republika is operated in partnership with the Via Foundation and the Charta 77 Foundation and was launched with TechSoup Global in December 2010.
Professional Development Foundation
TechSoup Egypt is operated in partnership with Professional Development Foundation and was launched with TechSoup Global in 2010.
The Professional Development Foundation (PDF) is a nonprofit, non governmental organization formed in 1998 by key leading members of the private sector with a clear objective of developing Egypt's businesssector, enabling it to compete in the global arena.

Ateliers du Bocage
AdB Solidatech is operated by Ateliers du Bocage (AdB), the social economy branch of Emmaüs France. AdB focuses on job creation in the field of recycling D3E (e-waste, recycling and reuse). AdB advocates for the reuse of equipment and facilitates access to computer hardware for individuals and NGOs. Through these objectives, AdB’s aim is to reduce the digital divide while supporting the social integration of individuals and associations.
Stiftungszentrum
Stifter-helfen.de – IT for Nonprofits is the IT donation project of Stiftungszentrum.de in partnership with TechSoup Global. Stiftungszentrum.de is a charitable foundation center that offers support and services to foundations and donors. The project was launched in October 2008 and distributes soft- and hardware donations to nonprofits in Germany.
Hong Kong Council of Social Service
TechDonation is operated by The Hong Kong Council of Social Services (HKCSS), and was launched in partnership with TechSoup in December 2007. HKCSS was established in 1947, with clear vision and professional expertise, non-governmental welfare agencies committed to sustain and develop social welfare in Hong Kong. HKCSS has grown since then to become an umbrella organization of over 340 Agency Members, that provide over 90% of the social welfare services for those in need through their 3,000 service units all over Hong Kong.
Nonprofit Information and Training Centre Foundation
CivilTech is operated by Nonprofit Information and Training Centre Foundation (NIOK), and was launched in partnership with TechSoup in December 2007. NIOK's mission is to strengthen civil society in Hungary by providing capacity building services to NGOs and building an environment supportive of their long-term futures.
Civil Society Information Services India
GuideStar India is an initiative of Civil Society Information Services India (CSIS India) in collaboration with GuideStar International, UK. CSIS India is a trust registered in India. CSIS India's vision is Indian philanthropy and non-profit practice revolutionised by the use of civil society information. Our mission is to encourage and equip Indian NGOs to voluntarily share, in the public domain, information that advances transparency, enables better decision making and encourages charitable giving. GuideStar India provides information of over 1000 NGOs in India in an easy to search fashion to help users connect quickly with organisation(s) working in the area of their choice (location/ cause/ type of activity). All information is self-reported by NGOs, however, organisations upload supporting documents such as their tax returns, registration documents and audited accounts. Organisations have undergone different levels of due diligence before being featured on GuideStar India. NASSCOM Foundation
BIG Tech is operated by the NASSCOM Foundation. NASSCOM Foundation is the charitable arm of NASSCOM, the leading voice of Indian IT industry. NF relies heavily on partnerships and is committed to building ICT capacity in civil society. NASSCOM Foundation has launched 100 of rural knowledge centers throughout India. NF has launched the TechSoup donation program as BIG Tech. BIG Tech was launched in September 2007 and received world wide media attention, including the Associated Press.
ENCLUDE
The ENCLUDEit Programme is brought to Ireland by ENCLUDE, an independent nonprofit IT consultancy service to the Irish Nonprofit Sector, partnered with TechSoup Global. ENCLUDE is about e-inclusion - the reduction of the digital divide in Irish Society- and aims to bring affordable, trustworthy systems and IT consultancy to Irish charities to maximize the benefits of ICT in areas of performance improvement, operation efficiency and the better use of donor funds.
NPTech
Hakolbo (הכלבו ) is operated in partnership with NPTech and will launched with TechSoup Global in 2011.
Banco Informatico Tecnologico e Biomedico
TechSoup Italia, a collaborative effort of Banco Informatico Tecnologico e Biomedico (BITeB) and TechSoup Global, was launched in 2010. BITeB believes that in industrialized countries, technologies that could be re-used are now being wasted. In both developing countries and some areas of Italian society are suffering from a lack of advanced technology that hinders economic growth, cultural and social integration of people and organizations. We believe that with the TechSoup Italia program, nonprofit organizations can be even more effective with technology and the skills to use it.
Japan NPO Center
TechSoup Japan is operated by Japan NPO Center and was launched in partnership with TechSoup Global in 2009. Japan NPO Center was established in November 1996 to strengthen the foundation of nonprofit organizations (NPOs) in Japan. The Center also aims to build strategic partnerships between the nonprofit sector and the business and government sectors.
SANGONeT
TechSoup Kenya is a collaborative effort by SANGONeT/NGO Pulse and Arid Lands Information Network (ALIN). The TechSoup Kenya donation programme provides non profit organisations in Kenya with software for very low fees in conjunction with ICT donor partners, as well as by supporting NGOs to make the most of their ICT purchases and infrastructure. ALIN’s core business is to facilitate information exchange among communities, in order to achieve a knowledge-driven society. The Network consists of over 1,500 grassroots Community Development Workers (CDWs) drawn from non-governmental organizations, community- based organisations as well as government departments, all offering a form of extension service in their fields of expertise. They act as a source of information and knowledge for the rest of the community out of duty or social responsibility.

The Macau TechDonation Programme is operated by The Hong Kong Council of Social Services (HKCSS), and was launched in partnership with TechSoup in January 2009. TechSoup Asia is an exciting new collaborative venture between TechSoup Global and several of its regional partners, Connecting Up Australia and the Hong Kong Council of Social Services. TechSoup Asia is run by and for nonprofits, and our mission is to deliver technology and other capacity development resources to civil society organisations in the Asia/Pacific region. TechSoup Asia officially launched at the National Council of Social Services (NCSS) annual conference in Singapore on September 7, 2011 where we announced our two initial programs: technology donations and NetSquared Singapore.
Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía
OSC Digital is implemented in Mexico by Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía (CEMEFI) in partnership with TechSoup Global, in 2008. CEMEFI is a membership association with more than 700 members including civil society organizations (CSO), individuals and corporations. CEMEFI´s mission is “To promote and articulate philanthropic, committed and socially responsible participation of citizens and civil society organizations, in order to increase solidarity, equity and prosperity in Mexican society.” To fulfill its mission, CEMEFI supports CSO field development as well as corporate social responsibility. OSC Digital is part of the strengthening program for CSOs.
SOCIALware asbl
Through the IT donation programme TechSoup.NL, SOCIALware asbl, distributes appropriate technology to non profits in the Netherlands in partnership with Stichting GeefGratis. Staffed with volunteers, Stichting GeefGratis offers free off-the-shelf internet services to charitable organizations in the Netherlands. SOCIALware ASBL also operates programs in Belgium and Luxembourg, providing advice, management and solutions at “social” prices. The Belgium donation program was one of the original pilot countries and was launched in July 2006.
Connecting Up Australia
TechSoup New Zealand, in partnership with Connecting Up Australia, provides donated software and hardware from companies such as Microsoft to eligible New Zealand non profit groups with charitable status. Via this program you can get all the latest Microsoft products and soon we will be adding other donors.
Fundacja TechSoup
Technologie non-profit is the IT donation program of Fundacja TechSoup (FTS) with support provided by BDR the original program partner. Fundacja TechSoup was established by TechSoup Global in 2009 as an
independent Polish foundation with Public Benefit Status, with the focus
of supporting the development of civil society in Poland and across the
world. Acting as the global operations hub for the TechSoup Global Network
and the European regional delivery centre for TechSoup Global, Fundacja
TechSoup employs a staff with fluency in nine languages and is part of a
family of brands that includes GuideStar International, NetSquared, TechSoup.org, and the TechSoup Global Network.
A locally staffed and led organization, Fundacja TechSoup benefits from regional expertise and knowledge combined with the international reach and resources of TechSoup Global. Fundacja TechSoup delivers a range of programs and services, including:
· Community-driven innovation - Programs focus on building sustainable communities whose contributions use technology to develop innovative solutions for social impact. An example of this is the NetSquared Local event held in over 80 cities around the world including Warsaw, Poland.
· Technology product donations - Building NGO capacity through technology access and enablement. Product donation service serves organisations with support, content, webinars, interactive forums and technology products. We work with partner organisations in over 35 countries to provide these services. In Poland we provide donations via technologie.org.pl portal.
· Information services - Building NGO capacity through visiblity and transparency (Guidestar International) , easier access to United States based funders (NGOsource) and through specialised data designed for institutional stakeholders.
The original donation program was run by in 2006 BDR who became TechSoup Global's partner NGO in Poland. BDR was founded in 2000 to provide Poland’s NGO community with much needed infrastructure items - collecting and distributing donations of used computers, office equipment, and furniture. In 2005 they became a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher, and started focusing more on meeting the technology needs of NGOs.
Asociatia TechSoup and Ateliere Fara Frontiere
Launched in 2009, TechSoup Romania is operated in partnership with Asociatia TechSoup and Ateliere Fara Frontiere.
Asociatia TechSoup works to offer TechSoup Global's programs to Romanian non-profit community.
Inaugurated in May 2009, Ateliere Fara Frontiere (AFF) is the first non-profit MAR (Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher) in Romania and in the immediate CEE region. With the goal of employment creation and reintergration, AFF hopes to refurbish and return to society 1000 computers per month when at full operational capacity. AFF is one of the two founding affiliates of TechSoup Romania and will bring hardware to the programme as well as other forms of supportInstitute of the Information Society
infoDonor is operated by The Institute of the Information Society (IIS). IIS is an independent research and service organization specializing in information technologies, telecommunications and information policy. One of the major tasks of the IIS is to open digital opportunities to the Russian regions and support their full-fledged development within the emerging Information Society and Knowledge Economy. IIS publishes the international information and analytical journal entitled Information Society – the oldest professional Russian-language publication in the subject area comprehensively covering different aspects of ICT use for development.

The PONTIS Non Profit Organization
TechSoup Slovakia is operated by The Pontis Non Profit Organization and was launched in partnership with TechSoup Global in 2009. The aim of Pontis Non Profit Organization is to provide administrative and organizational services for NGOs and corporate foundations and employing of disadvantaged people and thus help them to realize social responsibility in practice by improvement of their administrative, computer, organizational and communication and other individual work skills.
MISSS
TechSoup Slovenia is operated in partnership with MISSS (Youth Information and Counselling Center in Slovenia) and was launched with TechSoup Global in 2009. MISSS is a major youth center in Slovenia, having long working experience with the Microsoft Unlimited Potential programme. It works through 16 youth centers in Slovenia supporting youth with diverse counseling and information programmes as well as other activities.
SANGONeT
The SANGOTeCH online technology donation and discount portal is a partnership between SANGONeT/NGO Pulse and TechSoup that links technology donations and the South African NGO sector. The SANGOTeCH programme will assist NGOs in two key ways: by providing software for a very low fee and also by assisting NGOs to make the most of their ICT purchases and infrastructure. SANGOTeCH was launched in December 2006 and was the first to use the Partner Platform.
Technosite
Proyecto Dono is the IT donation programme for Technosite in Spain. Technosite specializes in e-business development, business intelligence, usability and accessibility, e-learning and integral management of portals, including all phases of creating a Web site. The organization provides services ranging from strategic consultancy and technological development to Web hosting, creative concept, integral design, content management, and search positioning. Spain launched the Proyecto Dono program in 2006.
National Forum for Voluntary Social Work
TechSoup Sverige, the IT donation programme of National Forum for Voluntary Social Work, operates and distributes appropriate technology to nonprofits in Sweden by providing support in obtaining, using and maintaining knowledge and technology. The Swedish donation program was launched in May 2010.
Frontier Foundation
Techsoup-Taiwan is the IT donation programme of Frontier Foundation. Frontier Foundation has been working on creating digital opportunities for NGOs for 14 years through training, building websites and other ways to help NGOs reduce the digital divide. Frontier Foundation created the first Chinese search engine in Taiwan, set up the first server for NGOs, started the first training courses for NPOs, and has had significant impact building the online communities for women, the disabled, aboriginal tribes and other virtual communities.
Charity Technology Trust
Charity Technology Exchange (CTX) is the IT donation programme of Charity Technology Trust. Charity Technology Trust (CTT) empowers British charities through the effective use of technology. It provides services in the following areas: lotteries, which are a common form of fundraising for causes in UK; ASP and Web-based solutions,and IT consulting. CTT launched the Launched in 2006, CTX was one of the first pilot countries.
